DUES NOTICE
2010 HOA dues of $300.00, in addition to any previous unpaid balances, will be due January 1, 2010. Payment should be sent to the Crosswinds Lock Box:

Balances not paid by February 1, 2010 incur a mandatory 10% ($30.00) late fee. Unpaid Balances beyond March 1, 2010 are subject to Liens on Property, Interest and Collections. -

Please note copies of Association financial records may be requested by sending a written request and self-addressed, stamped envelope to the lockbox address above.
